Buyer's Guide
Step 1
First, you should discuss the intended product information with the supplier, including model, style, specifications, price, quantity, color, packaging method, delivery date, payment terms, etc.
Step 2
Confirm the final pro forma invoice (order contract) with the supplier, and then complete the deposit payment according to the confirmed payment terms
Step 3
After receiving the deposit, we will arrange stocking and production within the delivery date. During the process, if you need to change something, you can discuss with us in time.
Step 4
3-5 days before the completion of product production and stocking, we will notify you to come to the site for quality inspection. If you cannot come to the site, you can check it by taking photos and videos. After the quality inspection is completed, the balance payment needs to be completed.
Step 5
You or the supplier will make a shipment reservation 3-5 days before the order is completed and ship on time.
Step 6
The goods will arrive at the destination port in about a week, and we will notify you to prepare for customs clearance and pick up the goods
Step 7
During the warranty period, if some products have quality problems, you can choose the following ways to get after-sales service:
1. The factory can send you some replacement parts.
2. The factory sends the entire product to you, and you need to provide pictures or videos of specific products.
